How It Works
Upload
Select and upload multiple documents at once using drag-and-drop or file browser. Supported formats include PDF, Word, text, CSV, JSON, XML, and code files.
Process
Documents are processed in parallel using your configured entity types, language, and anonymization operators. No document waits for another to finish.
Review
Monitor real-time progress for each file. Inspect detected entities and preview anonymized output before downloading.
Download
Download all anonymized files as a single ZIP archive, or retrieve individual files as they complete. Detection reports are included.
Batch Features
Multi-Document Upload
Upload up to 100 documents per batch on the Enterprise plan, or 25 on Professional. Drag-and-drop interface accepts PDF, DOCX, TXT, CSV, JSON, XML, and common code file formats.
Parallel Processing
All documents in a batch are processed simultaneously using dedicated worker threads, so a 100-document batch takes roughly the same time as processing a single document.
Progress Tracking
Real-time progress updates for every document in the batch. See which files are queued, in progress, or completed, and get a summary of entities detected across the entire batch.
Bulk Download
Download all anonymized documents as a single ZIP archive when the batch completes, or download individual files as they finish. Audit logs and detection summaries are included in every export.

Is This Right for You?
Best For
- ✦Large dataset anonymization — processing thousands of files in a single job
- ✦Nightly ETL pipelines that must sanitize CSV or JSON exports before storage
- ✦FOIA and e-discovery workflows requiring consistent redaction across document sets
- ✦Multi-format archives (PDF, Word, Excel) that need uniform PII removal
- ✦Compliance teams processing periodic data dumps for audit readiness
Not Ideal For
- ✦Interactive UX with <500ms response requirements — batch jobs are asynchronous
- ✦Streaming data pipelines where records arrive in real-time
- ✦Single one-off requests — the API or web app is simpler for occasional use
- ✦Files over the per-plan size limit — upgrade to Enterprise for very large files
